We are looking for someone with all of the above qualities to join our team of writers and content creators to collaboratively concept creative campaigns and write web, email, blog, and promotional content to support the Scentsy business opportunity, products, and programs.


  • Write, proofread, and edit copy for monthly digital promotions, brand websites, microsites, landing pages, digital catalogs/brochures, blogs, social media, customer e-newsletters and video
  • Work closely with the copy, translations and deslgn teams to ensure brand messaging and ethos is appropriately communicated across cultural boundaries and languages
  • Track and communicate work status between creative teams
  • Work with the Digital Program Manager to execute the Scentsy web content and blog strategy for Consultants, customers, prospects, and media partners
  • Work with Digital Program Manager to execute on integrated email programs
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure quality imagery, content, and relevant collateral are delivered in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with Marketing Technology team to identify technology solutions needed to align our digital content needs


  • Fun, passionate, and aligned with Scentsy culture, values, and ethos
  • 40 hours per week is typical, but willingness to rise to the occasion in crunch-time is a must (Some overtime may be required)
  • Occasional travel may be required


  • 3 years of proven marketing, social media, email, and digital content communications experience in a consumer goods, fashion, or retail business
  • Experience holding role as a content developer for marketing, digital and/or email marketing is highly desired
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, creative writing, social media marketing, or related discipline or demonstrated equivalent.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Deep understanding of web, email, blog, and social content creation
  • Experience providing content alignment across digital and social platforms
  • Demonstrated knowledge of executing on and creating content for integrated marketing plans
  • Digital marketing, email, and social media prowess and knowledge of social marketing techniques
  • Powerful collaboration skills across a variety of personalities, levels, and regions
  • Self-starter who can drive the creation and delivery of content
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work seamlessly, collaboratively, and positively across teams and functional boundaries
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
