Overview

The primary duty of this position is to ensure accurate receiving, transferring and cycle count coordination control over Scentsy product and inventory management.

Responsibilities

Essential Responsibilities:

 

  • Follow detailed instructions.
  • Solve straightforward problems and seeks guidance as needed.
  • Research, gather and analyze information related to specific assignments.
  • Make decisions within a limited scope.
  • Integrate knowledge of basic concepts, principles and theories of area of specialization.
  • Apply basic communication and customer service skills.
  • Adhere to all established procedures, policies and safety rules Strong and illustrated aptitude working within finance and Wireless inventory databases
  • Inventory receiving and transfer systems specialist
  • Ability to organize and coordinate multiple site cycle counts
  • Ability to organize and coordinate multiple site year end counts
  • Analytic ability to identify and edit inaccurate inventory scanning
  • Ability to cross functionally communicate with procurement and finance as needed
  • Ability to interface and communicate problem resolution with internal IS and or 3rd party system vendors

Qualifications

Skillls, Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Must have working knowledge of computers and all applicable software.
  • Ability to [sit or stand] for extended periods of time.


Qualifications and Expectations:

  • Possesses strong attention to details
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Accurately enter data into computer and acquire a working knowledge of any software applications applicable to the position
  • Perform basic mathematics calculations
  • Generates and reads reports, computer screens, etc.
  • Must be able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly on a daily basis
  • Must be able to move around (i.e. sit, stand, bend, etc.) for extended periods of time.
  • Expected to work 40 hours/week. Some overtime may be required.

Experience and Education Required:

  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years Inventory control Experience perferred.
