The primary responsibilities of the print specialist are to print, staple, mark, and prepare orders for picking. Hours: 7am-3:30pm


• Print all incoming shipment order forms
• Verify shipment details
• Organize order forms in preparation for picking
• Create labels for shipments
• Oversee backorder process by separating products and preparing shipments
• Operate the re-print que for employee orders along with customer orders
• Perform all other assigned tasks and requirements as needed


• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in a distribution environment
• 1 year as a Shipping Operator Level 1




• Maintain and apply a working knowledge of Scentsy products, SKUs, and approximate locations within picking zones

• Expected to know operating equipment and established operational procedures

• Expected to apply and develop intermediate skills in picking and packing procedures, techniques, and tools

• Expected to apply intermediate communication and customer service skills to other employees, departments and leadership

• Perform duties under moderate supervision

• Support a positive work environment

• Be flexible and willing to support new ideas, concepts, procedures, and techniques

• Participate in the communication within the department

• Complete all required training and assessments outlined by Human Resources and leadership

• Maintain quality and quantity standards as outlined by leadership

• Maintain performance appraisal standards as outlined by Human Resources and leadership

• Adhere to all established procedures, policies, and safety rules as outlined by the Company

• 40 hours per week; some overtime may be required

• Ability to stay awake, alert, and focused during late night hours (as applicable)

• Ability to frequently bend, squat, stand, walk, push, pull, reach above shoulder level, have both arms and legs accessible, and perform repetitive manual dexterity

• Ability to lift a maximum of 50 lbs.

• Read computer screens

• Must have working knowledge of computers and all applicable software including the ability to accurately scan and enter data into a computer


Working Conditions:
Work is performed in a warehouse environment. This job requires to occasionally work around warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pulleys, and wrapping stations). Lighting and temperature are adequate. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Employees in this position are exposed to moderate fragrances (odor) on a daily basis.
