    • Promote and guide team application of Agile/Scrum/Kanban best practices and values including situational awareness, shared problem solving, continual improvement, empowerment, responsiveness to change, and increasing transparency
    • Remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments, technical or organizational, by finding the right personnel for each situation
    • Build a trusting and safe environment for team collaboration and relevancy where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of process improvement and problem solving
    • Hold team accountable to their commitments including their definition of done, working agreements, and incremental deliverables, and enable the team to have the hard conversations when necessary
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand priorities for products, IT initiatives, and technical debt and gain buy-in for organizing and communicating the backlog of work based on how those priorities impact deliverables and dates
    • Identify and address cross-team dependencies and risks with peers, team members and stakeholders
    • Create team performance metrics that are consistent with those of overall IT initiatives and maintain transparency into the various teams’ work by radiating progress information through those metrics
    • Provide written and verbal cross-team project status reports to key stakeholders (including executives), in a concise and timely manner
    • Stay current with rapidly changing technology and continually learn new tools and techniques to manage projects and teams

Preferred experience with an Issue Tracking or Ticketing system such as JIRA
