The consultant portal also provides analytics to help them market and grow their business. In addition, we develop and maintain software for internal operation and management of our extensive product lines, global sales consultant base, manufacturing, finance, and numerous other business units.     What You Would Do: Work with the development and quality assurance team to: - Estimate requested feature work, verify business requirements and development timelines; participate in daily stand-ups; and to verify ticket progress and resolve questions or concerns from the development community - Performs problem analysis to resolve system or application issues. Performs complex diagnosis of problems, providing solutions within area of responsibility, and/or through consulting with scrum team members; coordinates implementation of fixes and enhancements.   Work with the community of Product Managers to: - Develop system requirements according to standards; convert business requirements into technical specifications; provide system alternatives and options for business requests based on system capabilities; identify ways to improve system processes; help manage project scope and participate in prioritization discussions; contribute to forecasting and road mapping; move quickly with defined expected timelines; help in gathering estimates from developers on user stories; and to help gather requirements for and validate outputs of reporting requests. Scentsy is looking for a Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Technician to test and certify new and existing features throughout Scentsy’s enterprise software systems to ensure the delivery of quality business application software.   What You Would Do: - Work with development scrum teams to create, maintain, and execute test plans to ensure quality of new features being released to production. - Create and execute testing strategies for both home-grown and 3rd party systems and configurations. - API testing using tools such as Swagger & Postman. - Assist in defect analysis to understand if system issues exist, potential root cause, and provide action plan to address prevention going forward. - Run and triage automated User Interface (UI) tests to provide assurance of system functionality. - Coordinate and add value to load and performance tests. - Collaborate with product management, development, systems analysts, and operations teams to create end-to-end test plans. - Collaborate on test strategies, procedures, test data, and scripts to ensure testing of all system integrations. - Provide recommendations on quality assurance and development methodologies and advancements. - Work collaboratively with developers, systems analysts, stakeholders, and management to define new (and enhance existing) features that are aligned with Scentsy’s overall long-term strategy. - Technical writing/software documentation including steps to reproduce and regression plans. - Work with SDETs to identify automation opportunities and prioritize automation needs. - Manual and exploratory testing in a continuous deployment environment. - UI testing on various devices and browsers. - Set expectations for release readiness, be willing to raise a flag for quality concerns. - Perform all other assigned tasks and requirements as needed. Scentsy is looking for a Product Development and Compliance Specialist to drive product compliance, manage product production, and coordinate final product delivery.   What You Would Do: - Product Compliance: - Drive product compliance across all assigned products - Review technical data sheets and supplier documents to ensure product compliance - Coordinate with Legal for product regulatory compliance and certification for domestic and international sales - Manage and maintain relationships with regulatory testing and compliance facilities - Develop and maintain compliance specification documents with product engineers - Manage various product testing reports and ensure all products meet current safety regulations - Assist with internal product testing to ensure all products meet internal and external requirements - Maintain accurate and current knowledge of regulatory changes and industry developments as they relate to product components and functionality - Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop product instruction manuals and product labels in accordance with country specific regulatory standards - Interface with Legal to determine legal and regulatory requirements for all regions, claims testing, and patent preparation as required - Product Production - Coordinate with manufacturing facilities and internal departments to get final approvals on packaging, labeling, inserts, and final design - Identify risks with critical parameters and characteristics to the manufacturing process and notify Product Engineers to mitigate the risks - Troubleshoot and develop product packaging specifications for adequate protection for long distance and door-to-door shipping requirements as needed - Drive product improvement initiatives and activities and follow through to create Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) as required - Work with product development team to ensure all expectations have been met for product delivery - Work with Product Engineers and Developers to develop final product specifications as needed - Train Quality Control on product specifications - Project Coordination - Track and manage project timelines, BOMs, deliverables, and key stakeholders for all projects assigned - Manage product golden sample and production specification approvals - Maintain sample archive for product verification and reference - Assist in the research and development of new products that will leverage profitability and line extension - Assist with testing efforts, analyze testing data, and report results, including abnormalities and areas of concern as needed - Provide technical knowledge and support in areas of testing and product design - Perform research to identify new product opportunities through industry breakthroughs in finishing and component technologies - Assist with process improvement initiatives within the development team to provide product specification perspective - Perform all other assigned tasks and requirements as needed You Should Have: - Bachelor’s degree preferably in technical field (STEM) or equivalent experience - Engineering experience preferred - 5 years of related experience, preferably in a technical role Things You Should Know & Be Able to Do: - Experience managing product compliance - Ability to read, interpret, and articulate policies, procedures, and contracts - Strong critical and analytical thinking skills - Project management experience with the ability to manage and drive projects from initiation to completion - Ability to learn regulatory requirements in other countries and how that impacts new product development and processes - Proficient in ability to layout timelines and understand departmental interdependencies - Ability to keep and maintain key product development archives for golden samples and product specifications - Good organizational and communication skills, accuracy, and attention to detail - General understanding of Scentsy product lines - Understanding of the Direct Selling business model preferred - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment - Ability to take ownership of projects - Self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines - Working knowledge of computers and all applicable software including Microsoft Office Suite; Proficient skills in Solidworks and experience with Fusion 360 preferred.

                Scentsy is looking for a Temporary Warehouse Operator to carefully, accurately, and efficiently handle, load, and unload inventory.   Available shifts are:  7:00am-3:30pm M-F                     2:45pm-11:15pm M-F                    9:30pm-5:30am M-F   What You Would Do:  - Load and unload trucks with raw goods and finished materials - Replenish inventory by moving raw materials and finished goods from overstock into fixed bins - Practice First In First Out (FIFO) when moving inventory from one bin or location to another - Fulfill requisitions from shipping by moving needed inventory to shipping area for stocking - Assist in inventory management and inventory transfers using wireless handheld scan equipment - Put away inventory from truck or manufacturing into overstock using appropriate equipment - Let down overstock inventory using appropriate equipment to replenish fixed bins - Perform various inventory transfers, (i.e. bin to bin, block and unblock, and storage location to storage location) - Provide high level of customer service - Assist with cycle and year-end inventory counts - Identify and properly handle potentially hazardous materials - Maintain a clean and safe work environment - Perform all other assigned tasks and requirements as needed You Should Have:  - High school graduate or equivalent - Experience working in a warehouse environment preferred - Forklift experience preferred - Clear and direct written and verbal communication skills - Strong attention to detail - Strong customer service skills - Basic knowledge of computers and all applicable software including Microsoft Office.
