  Intermountain Blending and Filling (a sister company of Scentsy) is looking for a Compounding Lead to work with the Supervisor and Production Planner to coordinate and monitor compounding and pre-weigh ensuring the production scheduled is followed. In addition, the lead will ensure all materials are pre-weighed, mixed, and produced with a high level of quality.    This is a Graveshift position. Scentsy is looking for a Quality Control Inspector to inspect incoming finished goods and raw materials to ensure they meet Scentsy’s quality standards.   What You Would Do: - Perform AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) inspections (audit) of all incoming finished goods - Perform evaluations on color, scent, form, and function of all finished goods - Sample, inspect, and test all incoming raw materials - Communicate quality related information to Supply Chain and Product Development - Work with QA management and Inventory Control Specialists to quarantine any problem merchandise - Log findings from audit into SharePoint for record keeping and management notification - Lead rework projects (train and guide temporary help as needed) - Cross training in all areas of Quality Assurance - Maintain a clean and safe work environment - Perform all other assigned tasks and requirements as needed You Should Have: - High school diploma or equivalent - 0-3 years of experience in a quality assurance environment - Previous background working with AQL standard preferred You Should Be Able To: - Ability to accurately enter information into a computer - Ability to stay on task and complete task from start all the way through to completion - Ability to perform repetitive work while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail - Ability to work with minimal supervision - Strong attention to detailClear and direct written and verbal communication skills - Ability to efficiently perform multiple tasks - Ability to follow specified processes and detailed instructions - Ability to solve straightforward problems and seek guidance as needed - Ability to research, gather, and analyze information related to specific assignments - Ability to make decisions within a limited scope - Ability to integrate knowledge of basic concepts, principles, and theories of area of specialization - Read reports, computer screens, etc. - Basic knowledge of computers and all applicable software including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook), familiarity with ERP systems and SharePoint a plus - Ability to work around strong scents - Ability to discern scent and color hues - Ability to frequently bend, squat, stand walk, push and pull, reach above shoulder level, have both arms and legs accessible, and perform manual dexterity - Ability to lift 40+ pounds repeatedly on a daily basis - Ability to occasionally sit, climb, and kneel - Ability to frequently read and comprehend, write, perform basic mathematic calculations, communicate orally, reason, and analyze - Frequently work around moving machinery and equipment
