              Here's the Scoop:   Scentsy is looking for several Consultant Support Representatives to provide next-level customer service to our Consultants (via phone, email and/or chat) in a fun and engaging work environment!      What You Would Do: - Provide next-level customer service to Scentsy Consultants or customers via a variety of channels (including telephone, chat, and email), and act as an information resource by giving accurate, complete and timely responses regarding inquiries about product, returns, commissions, shipping information, events, etc. - Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments as well as actions taken - Contribute to the positive, encouraging environment in Scentsy Consultant Support You Should Have: - High school diploma or equivalent - 6 months of prior customer service experience - Working knowledge of computers and common software such as Microsoft Suite - Clear and direct written and verbal communication skills in order to convey information effectively. Must be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in English - Fluency in Spanish is a plus (both reading and writing, with proper grammar and punctuation usage) We Expect That You: - Are able to work the agreed upon shift/schedule and work extra hours during peak season as needed. - Have exceptional customer service skills and the ability to recognize when a situation needs to be escalated - Are able to give full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate and not interrupting at inappropriate times - Can organize, prioritize, and use time effectively - Are able to solve straight forward problems and seek guidance when needed - Are respectful, cheerful, and pleasant with a helpful attitude ***Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check***

What You Would Do: - Site Marketing: Strategic planning, execution, and analysis of overall marketing and content experience on the corporate website, Consultant’s personal Scentsy websites, and the Consultant Workstation experience to drive business needs and positive user experiences. - Cross-Channel Digital Content: Manage site marketing calendars, blog calendars, and content requests in collaboration with marketing channel owners (social media, email, paid advertising) and key stakeholders to fully maximize content usage and cohesiveness across digital marketing channels. - Channel Management & Optimizations: Manage site content execution through internal teams and 3rd party tools according to strategy and plans. Monitor site and content performance to make data-informed business cases for optimizations needed to align our digital marketing and site experience needs in partnership with Marketing Technology and User Experience teams. - Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor site and content performance, heatmaps and user testing to optimize for conversion and other key metrics and clearly communicate effectiveness with key stakeholders. - Targeting & Personalization: Influence direction for targeting and personalization on digital experiences optimized for target audience segments influenced by Adobe Target A/B testing and informed by data. - Cross-Divisional Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow marketing partners Technology, PMO, Creative, Analytics, etc. to ensure quality experiences are delivered and executed in a timely manner and on budget. - Vendors: Manage relationships with third party vendors as needed. You Should Have: - 2 to 3 years of proven digital marketing, ecommerce or content marketing experience in a consumer goods, retail, B2B, or direct selling business - 1 to 2 years digital marketing experience successfully planning, coordinating and executing cross-marketing channel content is highly desired - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field - Proven understanding of ecommerce, content marketing and digital marketing is required - Experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics or other data analysis tools is required - Experience aligning content calendars and plans across digital platforms and marketing channels preferred - Powerful collaboration skills across teams, levels, functional boundaries, and geographical regions - Strong attention to detail and meticulously organized - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in fast-paced environment - Ability to actively contribute from strategy and planning phases through to execution and analysis - Comfortable operating in and navigating ambiguity - Demonstrated ability to develop and execute digital plans that meet success metrics and are delivered on time and on budget - Demonstrated ability to learn new technology quickly - Excellent written and oral communications skills and solid presentation skills

Scentsy has several openings at its climate controlled warehouse in Lexington, Kentucky! As a Shipping Operator, you would pick and pack orders to ship to Scentsyconsultants and customers. Efficiency and accuracy is the name of the game in this job.   Day shift schedule is 6:45am-3:15pm (Mon-Fri).   Come work with an awesome team of people and a great company that values its employees! We offer competitive benefits, including medical/dental/vision, 401k match, tuition reimbursement, and reimbursement for gym membership. We are also big fans of ice cream.    WHAT YOU WOULD DO - Pick products from established zones based on information provided on pick tickets - Review order, exchange defective product or locate missing product to ensure order is satisfied completely - Scan, assemble and pack product utilizing appropriate containers and materials - Print and affix shipping labels on packed boxes - Verify packed product weight and shipping label matches order in computer system - Maintain workflow through pack stations while maintaining accuracy and pace   THINGS YOU SHOULD HAVE - High school diploma or equivalent - Be 18 years or older - Previous relevant experience would be great, but is not required - Working knowledge of computers and applicable software - Clear and direct verbal communication skills - A positive attitude, and customer service focused   YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO - Work 40 hours per week - when business is booming, some overtime may be required! - Perform basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction, etc.) - Read and recognize numbers - Lift 50+ pounds repeatedly on a daily basis and stand and walk for extended periods of time.
